My compaq n610c laptop hangs up and i couldn't make it to work after such situation and when i reboot it will display blue screen error and hangs up again

hello

this is the link to go to to identify more thoroughly, the issue of blue screen.
i would say that if it states memory dumping in the blue screen description, then its a memory module compatability or failure.

hope this helps -- if you need more information, let me know the part number of this HP computer or the S/N located on back side .

hello

If the blue screen shows MEMORY DUMPING message then your RAM is either gone or dying.

If it is showing some other message then please mention the message or error it is displaying.

Thank you

Physical memory dump screen

This is a critical error that has occured due to a unstable core system 32 file base. this has cuased the OS to collapse. you will need to try a system restore. you may or may not be able to retrive your stored files. during the restore, some hard drive files may be deleted. this is the best way to regain stability.

In most cases, thsi is cuased by malware and virus attacks as well. you can initiate a restore by inserting the recovery disk that should have been shipped with your CPU. check in the box that it was packaged in for this recovery disk. if this disk is nto availibe, you will need to purchase a copy of you rOS. you can use this to re install the OS.

You should knwo that, when you use fresh copy of the original OS, it may wipe all stored files in this case.

Blue Screen

Likely a driver issue.

Boot to the safe mode, run a system restore to before the problem, see if it is resolved. A lot of the time, issues like this are caused by a combination for old drivers and new windows updates.

that is a memory dump, try to remember what hardware or software did you install or uninstalled recently, if you can log-in on windows try uninstalling or reinstalling the hardware or the software. if it fails, run the windows recovery on the cd and repair the windows installation.
