You'll have to open the PC, locate the Bios battery. It looks like a small coin. Look closely for a 3 pin jumper close to the battery marked reset. Move the jumper from it's present position to the opposite position and wait about 5 minutes then restore the jumper to it's original position. Of course you need to do this without the power cord connected to the PC. Once you have accomplished this then reboot the PC, enter bios and you should be able to access all the bios settings.
There is a battery in the mother board ... take it out for a few mins and then put it back.... problem solved

during the boot up process you will see on the screen for a short amount of
time press a certain key to enter set up Press and hold that key during the
boot up process to enter BIOS scroll down to set user password or supervisor
password you can change or remove your password from there also

have full control can change the password there

During
the boot process you will see on the screen to press a certain key to enter

have removed your password you will have change first boot back to your hard drive)
