The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

What you can do is navigate to toshiba website. www.toshiba.com for example. There's a little icon just to the left of it. Drag and drop to the house icon on the toolbar and let go. A window will pop up and ask if you want www.toshiba.com to be your new homepage. Say "YES" Boom your done. close out the browser and open it again. You should be goign to www.toshiba.com every time.

Reset the wireless router and the modem by unplugging the power supply from the back of them for 30-60 seconds (do not terminate power at the wall because there is still a trickle charge in the wires), then plug them back in and wait for 2 minutes for them to reset themselves and try to reconnect.
Please post back with the results and for additional advice if needed.
Good luck and thanks for choosing FixYa!!

Go to Start > Search (Run in XP) and type cmd ENTER. In the command prompt type ipconfig /release ENTER. Then type ipconfig /renew ENTER. This just refreshes your IP. Test it. You should have an IP within the same scope as the others.
If not, test with cable for further testing.
