How can i format my sony ericsson z550i?

connect data cable then select data transfer mode then finaly from your computer right clik the phone memory and select format......worked for me

In the settings, you'll find something called Master Reset. This will erase all data whatsoever on your phone and reset it to its factory state. Try and tell me if it doesnt work

listen one thing i have also this phone.....sony ericsson z550i has biggest bug in supporting memory card.............if u insert a local mem.card then it will not support.............ur photo will not b saved,,or it will fade out....ur mobile hang or many problems...........java phones doesn't affected by virus or anything ,,,,,,,,so ur phone doesn't have ny virus but i have also faced this prob and my set it replaced.............but nothing solved much...................i recommend u to replace ur motherboard
