Question about Computers & Internet
The right hand hinge,on the power point side of my sony vaio vgn fw21l has become loose and wobbly,i have contacted sony about this, only 2 b told that its going to cost me the earth just to get it looked at ,and that i shouldnt be too worried anyway,as the laptop will work just fine even with this problem, can anyone give me advice,or experience of this fault, should i be concerned?,or will it really be ok to just leave it as it is?,many thanks i have got exactly the same problem . i do believe that this is a design fault , its going back tom to sony though thay say that if its not their fault i will have to pay £165.00 for them to just look at it . well . im going to take this further and prove that this is design fault . this is a mobile lap top and should withstand the slight pulling force of the power wire or the constant push on the On /Off switch . sony should do the honourable thing and recall all these models , either replace or reimburst customers .
Hello there, There is screws on this that comes loose because of the design and the everyday up and down of the screen. If you email me at email@example.com I can send you the diagram to tighten these to try it anyways. Thanks
