you have the name of the product brand and model number. use your computer to chase it down in the logs on the product. it is always not on top you will have to do some digging with different approaches. you will proably get what you need.

Track/trackguide not aligned.or ther should be an adjustment for this.a knob,or a screw,or somethi g similar.it is not nessesarily on the panel,it could be down low.if no manual,go online and find an 800 number.without speaking toa human,online searching sometimes is a bust.
