Question about Kodak Easyshare Printer G600 Thermo Printer
Just replaced ink cartridge and using the correct Kodak paper. Error messages include "no paper - paper jam (there is no paper jammed in it, though) and it has also said wrong paper - turn off and restart".
Printer dock is less than 3 years old and since I just bought a new cartridge at $25 I hate to just go buy another printer. Also I can not seem to find any store that carries either the Kodak #G600 or G640 so that I could still use the ink cartridge I just bought.
I read this solution to a problem someone else was having which was similar to my problem. I wiped off the roller with a damp cloth, made sure it was dry and that's all it took to allow the roller to be able to start to pull the paper through. - thanks for the help!
