don't know for sure but most watches I've seen with both analog (watch hands) and digital have a stem for the analog and buttons for the digital. you should have instructions that indicate which buttons to push and in which sequence to make digital adjustments and these will not affect the watch hands.

I am not familiar with this watch but if it is a mechanical escapement (which ticks), then it could be that the balance wheel has become dislodge.

Has the watch been dropped lately? If it has, then a trip to a watch repairer is needed.

Take either a safety pin or something similar and punch the small cylinder shaped pins out of the links. Or take it to walmart and they will do it for free.
