I used to have the same issue. It happened on five different occasions. I tired all kinds of steps to fix it and none worked. Finally, my daughter fixed it for me by accident. She tripped over the plug to the computer. After it restarted, I canceled the document, and it worked perfectly. After that, i knew what to do. Hope this helps@

How to cancel pending printing work?

Go to Control Panel---> Printers-----> Double-Click on your printer, highlight the job by clicking on it and Right-Click on the job and select "Cancel" or "Cancel All Documents." You can also click do the same by clicking the 'Document" option on the toolbar. If the documents will not cancel. You will need to uninstall the printer and its drivers and reinstall them making sure to install the drivers before connecting the printer and only connecting the printer when prompted to by the installation wizard.

I am facing printer spooling service not running problem even meny time I restar service auto close.

Hi,

I had similar experience with the print spooling service crashing everytime I restarted. I discovered there was a pending print job in bullzip pdf printer that refuses to delete. So I uninstalled the pdf printer and restarted the pc. Kindly do the following:

1) Go to your printers and faxes and Check if there are pending jobs that have not yet printed out.
2) If there are pending print jobs, try to cancel them.
3) If they wont delete, try restarting the PC.
4) If after restarting the PC, the print job is still there, try uninstall the printer or delete the printer.
5) Re-install the printer.

I have a document on my printer that won't cancel it stays on there and won't let me print any other documents including that one

Turn off the printer and reboot. After rebooting then turn the printer back on. If the page is still pending and you cannot cancel/delete it, then the only method left I know of would be to delete and re-install the printer (only if you have the installation CD).

All of a sudden my printer will not print

If you see the printer icon at the systray (near the clock, at the right bottom of the screen)? double-click on it. You'll see how many and what files are pending for printing. On menu press "Printer", then "Cancell all documents". Be patient. Sometimes you should try to press "Cancell all documents" several times, till the printer does it's job. Sometimes it's necessary to press "Cancel" (red button) on your printer. Try to switch off printer and then restart the computer. Switch on the printer and do the procedure described above.
