GD-V425PZW powering off

Hi, I have a JVC GD-V425PZW plasma that after a short time powers itself off. After a short while you can power it back on, any ideas? Hi Guyz. I got the JVC GDV425PZW plasma 42" monitor with no remote. It turns on but after 4-5 seconds it goes on stand by mode. Many ppl are asking to get its remote which I tried a lot and 1 website is selling its remote for 46 Pounds. Is it worth to buy that remote?? does some 1 have any other solution??

SOURCE: GD-V425PZW Going in Standby Mode after few seconds. doesn't cm bk

Hi, basically it needs to be receiving a signal for it to operate.
eg. with my one i connect my decoder into it and once the decoder is on the tv turns on. good thing with this monitor is that i just need to turn the decoder off and the screen turns off shortly after. hope this helps.

These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Count it carefully. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. It has details about blinking codes, and fault locating procedure, to many popular brand TVs and other devices. Viewing it in "Mosaic" or "Sidebar" will make surf easy.

Hi i have a JVC GD-V4210 PCE it has power but it has no picture or the fans has no power the led goes green when turned on then goes flashing red please could someone help

Your TV power supply board is damage and will soon cause your TV to not power on. Yes, cleaning the fan will only temporary fix the situation but eventually you will need to fix the power supply board. You can order one on ebay or amazon but make sure to have the correct serial/model number on the back of the TV before ordering and fixing it yourself. However, if you are not sure then have a certified tech to come see it.
