My screen is cracked and I need it fixed what do I do?

If you have a warranty you can call a customer service number or go to a website that may be listed on the manual of your electronic or box it came in. Also if you don't have a warranty you can type in the make and model of your electronic and look up screens on line.

My tablet pen highlights everything on the page

I was given these solutions by Wacom, but still get the same problem or otherwise barely any response at all from the pen:

Regarding the information you provided, we would like to tell that if your Mac OS X's version is between 10.5 to 10.7.4, please proceed to step 1 to troubleshoot the problem. If your Mac OS X's version is 10.8, please upgrade the Mac to 10.8.1 then follow the steps below to start troubleshooting the problem.

1. Reset the tablet driver.

Click on Go > click on Applications > search and open the Bamboo folder > select Bamboo Utility > select All Users under Preferences > click on Remove button under Preferences.

If the problem remains, go to the next step. If it is fixed, do not proceed with the rest of the troubleshooting steps.

2. Set the driver to Pen Mode.

Click on the Apple logo > select System Preference > click Bamboo icon > click Pen tab > on Tracking pane, select Pen Mode > close the Bamboo Preferences.

3. Adjust the Double Click Distance and Tip Feel.

Click on Start > click on All Programs > search and open the Bamboo folder > select Bamboo Preferences > click on the Pen tab > adjust the Double Click Distance to Big and the Tip Feel to Firm > close the Bamboo Preferences.

We hope these information have been useful in resolving your inquiry.
Kindly contact us if you need more assistance.

Driver for windows7

Maybe, It doesn't work because the driver you installed is for other versions of operating system. I am also using windows 7 like you so don't you worry, You can still use your old installer/driver from other versions of operating systems. Just remember that before installing any program in a windows 7 Operating System Computer, Use "troubleshoot compatibility". Right Click the Icon of your program installer first, then choose "troubleshoot compatibility". This will allow you to choose on what type operating system your program will run. Just reply back if it still doesn't work.:D

How do you capture signature

To capture signatures you must have a graphic tablet that has a pen mouse with it. Procure and install the tablet and then use the pen mouse to capture your signatures. It is an electronic slate that is attached to the USB port and use to trace drawings, maps and such non linear graphics. Basically for outlines.

Genius MousePen 6x8 pen drags as if I'm holding down mouse button

Listen up kiddos! I had this same problem and I was troubleshooting....apparently you have to make sure you uninstall the old drivers first and delete the directory entirely, before reinstalling the software.
So, UNPLUG THE TABLET! This is the part that screwed me up... then go to start > all programs > tablet > uninstall. Run the wizard, restart, go to my computer > local disk drive > program files and delete the Genius Tablet folder. Then, install the drivers again, reboot, THEN and ONLY THEN, should you plug your tablet back in.

Overly sensitive Jam Studio stylus

Chambersburg here again.

Once the driver has been properly installed you should see an icon of the tablet with the words, "jam online' beneath the icon from within Win XP's control center.

Double click on this and you should be able to adjust the senistivity of the tablet. Hope you have better luck than me with adjusting its senistivity.

to PR manager of your MI service company My name is Phil Baranov, I write for the Russian-language paper issues and on-line- resources on the themes of musical technologies, musical tools, DJ-equipment, pro-audio and show business. Possibly you know already, that since July this year Russia entered the force the new customs rules, which allow for those living in Russia to purchase goods and services from abroad in the larger measure (less VAT, more weight etc.). According to this we have the increased interest in the possibilities of the service of electronic musical tools outside the Russia. Could you be so kind to give to me the interview (via email, ICQ or so) distantly on the standards prices, accepted in your company by after-warranty reparations of electronic musical gear, diagnostics, periods, accepted online pay procedures, the most typical reparation conditions, etc. It was obtained the reputation of the history of the sufficiently long and expensive post-guaranties repair of synthesizers, studio, music computer-related and DJ-gear In the Russian-language sector of the Internet. I would like to describe to our readers, as it proceeds with this in the entire remaining world. Could you answer some questions about your company, it's qualified personnel, business processes, standards of maintenance, accepted prices and brands, etc. Inform me your decision anyway, please. With the best regards, Phil a.k.a. mix2@
