Question about Casio Parts Cash Register PC Desktop
I have a Royal Alpha 601sc cash register. The problem is that recently it de-programed while one of the employees was charging the customer, he did exactly as was instructed and then for some unexplained reason the register started giving out an error message everytime someone pushed one of the department keys. I reseted the the register so I can re-program it but for some reason when I try to input a preset price it just gives me an error message even though I followed the instructions to the point. Is it an internal problem or what?
Hi. I don't have a manual for that model. If you can flick me an electronic version, I'll try to help.
