Question about Visioneer 4800 Flatbed Scanner
I have got a visioneer scanner. Whenever i scan a document it has a black shaded part running vertically down it on one side . Therefore only one side of the scanned document is readable. It was working fine yesterday and i have not added or removed any software or program. What could be the problem? Help much appreciated
If the borders of the black strip are crisp, then there could be some hardware problem, in the scaniing module. If it is jaggered and varies depending upon the contrast chosen, then may be something is stuck to the glass. Clean with Isopropyl Alcohol only.
