Re: microsoft office

Dear Kate,

It is common companies will give the notebooks with a trail version of office. Your trail version is expired.

Anyways activate the office with this key:KKBMD-W6672-39G6D-BD7H9-YWBYJ

Product key for microsoft office on Acer Aspire computer

Hi There,

Because of the tough economic climate, Microsoft is finally installing fully activated MS Office products on some computers cooperating with some brands of laptops to entice buyers. This has only happened in the last 2 months.

For your situation you really only have 2 viable choices. 1. Purchase the key from Microsoft or, 2.You can download's free Office Suite. It is fully compatible with all MS Office documents and has programs equivalent to MS Word and Excel. Documents in OpenOffice can also be read by people with fully acitvated versions of MS Office.

There is one other option that I've seen but might not fit your "comfort" level. In my area, people who cannot afford to purchase an MS Office key at full price often post a request ad on the local Craigslist asking for someone to sell them a key from a retail purchase MS Office where 3 computers can be activated but the original purchaser only used one of the activations. Be sure that if you do this, it is the exact version as your trial version, or use the other persons disc to do an upgrade as their key will be tied to their disc in many cases.

Best Wishes

To type in Microsoft word, you need to have Microsoft office installed in your computer to find out that go to all programs and locate Microsoft word their click on that and you will be ready to go.

If you don't find it try these steps:
  • Click on start click on run and type wordpad and then click ok you will get the wordpad where you can type your essay. try this if you have windows xp.
  • If you vista or windows 7 Click on start type wordpad in the search box you will get that in the results click on that and start using it.
In case of any help please reply back.

if you have installed the microsoft office edition 2007 then you have to activate the product online, only then you will be able to create or edit a document. if activated earlier try re- installing the product ( MS office).

I can't write words in excel or word documents

Sounds like your copy of MS Office has been disabled or has corruption issues. If it's a recent installation, perhaps you haven't activated it. Try clicking Microsoft Office Button; then click Word Options; click Resources; then click Activate and follow instructions.
