When a game is frozen on your phone you should shut down your phone...(press the off button until it turns off) If it does not work bring it to a phone store and ask for help. :) I wish you well!
frozen throne was unable to find war3.exe. please make sure your game is correctly installed and that your frozen throne disc is in your cd-rom drive,and try again
Please check to see if there is any dirt or dust on the disc, this will often cause the game to freeze.
If the console has stuck on a frozen screen, please unplug from power for 10m then plug back in.
Your console should reset and start working normally again.

I've had an email from them and they are no longer supporting online gaming. You can still play them offline. V sad, I had their solitaire as a web app since day 1 and it was the first app I bought :(

try holding the power button slider longer when powering off instead of the usual quick slide. this will make the psp shutdown completely. after that, try powering on again. make sure you don't have a UMD game/movie inserted to make the psp read faster.
