Question about Apple iPod nano
Ipod 'locked up' in Feb., I was advised to toggle on & off & press the control button on top; which I have tried numerous times without any success. Nothing happens when I plug it in to the computer either.
Hey start with this page: http://www.fixya.com/support/r561901-ipod_problems_start_5_solutions
if the screen remains white, check your warranty with appel from the online service assistant at the end of that post on that page.
if you are on warranty send it to apple, should be free if im not mistaken.
if you are outside of warranty then the problem is most likely a faulty lcd display or loose connection you can either send the ipod to ifixipodsfast.com or order a replacement screen from them if you want to replace it yourself, ifixipodsfast is not the only place who sells and repairs so if you want to look for another place or if you can't send it to them i suggest you look around google. its just one place that I remember.

Try plugging into your computer and pressing SYSTEM RESTORE?

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
