Question about HP Computers & Internet
Neither shift key works. The caps lock works for uppercase, but anything requiring shift can only be done using the Fn, Alt, and corresponding ASCII code. Very slow process, but doable.
You should check to see if you have sticky keys or other accessibility options checked. If so, they would be indicated under the control panel -> accessibility options.
