Did you already try what happens if you turn it off, disconnect power cord and remove battery for at least 30 seconds?

If you have an extra usb keyboard available you should be able to use the laptop.

I would suggest going into control panel -- then devices -- check to see if there is an "explanation point" next to the keyboard device.

If not, right click on the keyboard icon and click update driver.

I've also selected "uninstall" for this device and restarted the computer. Many times windows will reload the keyboard driver. The current one may be corrupted.

The RHS rear door is locked closed with c/locking lever in closed position.

general reply because car maker not given

door lock actuator or switch failed
or child lock has hard locked the door

the fix
open other side door
remove the rear seats top and lower pads
from there you can undo most door cards when a door is closed

with the door card removed

you can physically unlock and open the door

only cut the door card away in desperation
if you have another door card from a wreckers yard
with same trim and color to fit back onto the door

Emachines netbook unlock key pad

Key Pad or Touchpad? Is it that the mouse pointer is frozen and does not work? If so, look at the middle of the touchpad at the top of it and there might be a button there that lets you toggle the touchpad between locked and unlocked.

Sometimes there might be a set of keystrokes you will have to hit to lock or unlock the keypad. Most times you will have to Press and Hold the Alt, FN or Ctrl key then hit the key (most times one of the F1 thru F12 keys) that controls the keypad. The key that controls the keypad will have the icon of a finger inside or pointing at a square that represents the keypad. On one laptop recently that I worked on it was toggled by Pressing and Holding the ALT key then hit the F6 key. F6 had a finger pointing at a square area representing the touchpad.

Vw polo 2003 sdi front pads i would like to change them myself

if you look on the inside (engine side) of the caliper, you'll see two rubber plugs, one at either end of where the brake pad is.
Prise them out & you can then undo the long bolt underneath with a 7mm Allen key - You may be able to undo the front one & then 'swing' the pad carrier up to replace the pads - if not, just undo the second allen bolt.

How to take pin holding rear brake pads on kx 250 2001

There should be a allen key plug to take out of the caliper then once this is out there will be another allen key head behind the plug to undo (this is the pin) just undo, take out and the pads should be able to be removed.
Pay close attention to the direction pads come out and any spacers between the pads and brake piston as you want them all back in exactly the same with the new pads they stop the pads from rattling around when riding
good luck regards Jamie

ask a mate to undo the bleed nipple while you lever out the piston, let them undo it after you apply pressure so that you dont get air in system.

Keys not functional though you can only switch the phone on

May be the phone is 'locked'. Check for a locked sign (probably a padlock sign) in the top edge of the screen.
