Question about Peg Perego John Deere Turf Tractor
I have a John Deere toy turf tractor. I have charged the battery which is at 12v. i checked the accel pedal switch's and the volt. is there. I checked the operation of those switch's for continuity and they are switching off and on and seem to be working. I do not get any power back to the drive motors. I also checked the shiftier module and the voltage is there and switch's are operating OK. Any ideas. They battery was sitting a long time but seems to have the charge.
Sometimes I have used meters on these toys and received false readings due to numerous tabs in the switches.
As long as the wires are secure, I would replace the high/low switch and the reverse switch.
You can get the parts here http://www.shopjandl.com/
I get all my Peg perego parts from them and they seem to know what they are talking about if you need any help.
