Open door, remove toilet cassette unit, look in under flush water tank, observe a short metal blade that actuates a safety switch. This is between two plastic guides. Now look just outside the right hand guide. There you will find the fuse which is a standard blade type. Just pull it down to remove from holder. You will probably find it rated at 3 amp. If it is blown you will probably have to replace pump. Looks difficult but is actually dead easy. Instructions come with replacement Thetford pump. Only problem you may have is a perished sealing ring on the paper holder cup which is no longer available as a spare. Just use a good quality outdoor type sealant as a replacement. Be sure to recover any bits of broken ring from the flush water tank as these can be drawn into your replacement pump and cause it to sieze. At minimum this will cause you to say bother! Happy repairing.

check the fuse but still not working any other help????PLEASE...

There are several possible causes of failure to operate when the fuse is good.
The easy one is a low battery voltage - just try putting the battery on charge. Usually everything else seems to be working fine but these pumps are not happy if the battery voltage is a little low.
The next action to take is to check the wiring continuity. Regret I can't be specific about this because caravan wiring differs from model to model and sometimes from year to year. Try to locate the low voltage distribution terminal blocks and make sure all connections are good. Make sure that none of the wiring has its insulation trapped inside the terminal block under the terminal screw. You may be able to trace the wiring to the PortaPotty by the colour of the wiring insulation. If not try disconnecting each terminal in turn to see what stops working. If nothing else stops you have probably found the correct wiring and should be able to inspect it up to the PortaPotty fuse. If you have the use of a multimeter you will be able to check the wiring and pump for continuity. It is equally important to check the return wiring from the other side of the pump to ensure that this is connected to the other battery terminal. The return may be by a terminal bolted to the caravan chassis so make sure that this is not corroded - alloy chassis are particularly prone to develop a thin protective oxide layer. This should be cleaned off under the terminal and an electrically conductive grease used to prevent further corrosion. Copper Ease is probably as good as any.
    Good hunting.

Always the first thing with bad toilets. Take a big plunger and pump hard covering the entire bottom of the bowl. Blockages cause air breaks which cause the belching

Toilet flushes by its self

Water pressure makes the unit kick on and off by itself. If the pump is turning on by itself that means that somehow water is draining into the pump creating enough water pressure that it will make it kick on and off. Inspect the flapper on the check valve inside the discharge elbow, also check the flapper on the flush valve inside the toilet tank, the flapper may not be closing properly and is allowing water to enter the pump.

Saniflow pump keeps comming on without flushing toilet

Water pressure makes the unit kick on and off. If it's turning on by itself then most likely somehow water is draining back into the pump. It could be leaking water from the toilet tank, to the bowl and from the bowl to the pump. Or the check valve inside the discharge elbow may not be closing all the way down and is allowing waste water to drain back into the pump creating enough water pressure that makes the pump kick on and off. Inspect the flapper on the flush valve and the check valve on the discharge elbow on top of the macerating pump.

If you flush the toilet at least 3 times and water does not back up on the toilet then is working. In case the pump fails the pump will fill up about 3 to 4 gallons of water before it overflows or backs up. You can also try disconnecting the discharge pipe off the discharge elbow and place a bucket at the end of the discharge elbow and flush the toilet into the bucket, if water is discharged into the bucket then is working properly.

My Saniflo sanicompact does not flush away, when i press the flush botton it does not work, the toilet buzzes all the time. when the water gets to a level it use to pump away but has stoped doing this.

saniflo buzzing all the time means that the motor is trying to run but cannot. indicates that something is blocking the pump impeller from rotating. unit needs to be removed, cleared and tested. if fault contiues you may blow the fuse (if you are lucky) otherwise the motor will eventually burn out. get this checked soon.

Sounds like a restriction in the outlet pipe, the 2 galls from a flush are OK but the bath or shower is more, especiallly if you have flushed before you shower, try drain unblocking chemicals or flushing the outlet pipe with mains water from a hose
