Question about Designjet Black Designjet 30/130 Series Training: Color Management in Adobe Photoshop (q6650a)
Hi, we have a designjet 30/130 which has come up with an 86:11 error code. We've tried turning it off & on, the cutter and carriage move freely and are in the right place all ink cartridges and print heads are present and correct and the carriage door is properly attached. It was in the middle of printing when it suddently stopped and hasn't worked since. Is there anything else you can suggest? Many thanks
Due to its special nature, the scratch pool should not be directly targeted by any policy. Ensure that all policies and schedules specify a volume pool other than the scratch pool; then run the job again.
