How do I access my account ??

If using Windows 7 or 8, right-click on the task bar (bottom of windows desktop screen). Select "task manager." There is a tab for users. Right-click then click on "manage user accounts."

This will provide you with a series of options from resetting passwords, to managing your credentials for other usernames and passwords...Good luck. access-account-j45obyxiqgf20ucts2mtlx3y-1-3.png

Don't have a an icon

Please give more details as to what is happening and when it happens?

If you are saying your computer boots up but there are No Icons on the desktop, then a virus or infection has hidden them or changed some settings.

Click the Ctrl/Alt/Del keys to start the Task Manager. Press and Hold the Ctrl and Alt keys then hit the Del key. When the task manager opens up click the Processes tab. Under the processes tab click the columnar heading Image Name to sort the items running in alphabetical order. Look to see if you see explorer.exe running under the image name. If you do click it one time to highlight it then click the END PROCESS button at the bottom right of the Task Manager Window.

Next click FILE at the very top left corner of the Task Manager Window and select New Task (Run..). When the Create New Task window pops up type in: explorer.exe and press OK. Your desktop icons and start menu should start populating.

Cannot access the start menu ,computer can only be used by task manager

In your task manager go to new task button in the applications tab. When you press new task button it will give you a run dialog in their type explorer. This should reopen your task bar and enable you to use the start button again. If this does not work it is time to backup and reinstall windows.
