Unknown problem in my xbox 360

3 likely possibilities -:

1) The slide switch on the Video Lead plug (plugs into Xbox) is in the wrong place for where its attached to you tv.

2) you consul is set to PAL not NSTC or the other way around.

3) Wrong video refresh rate, should be 50 for PAL Uk 60 NSTC

XBOX 360 NO PICTURE

if using hd tv then use the cable with the blue lead, if not using hd tv then use the red, white and yellow leads. If using the scart connection to put the leads into make sure that you have it set to the correct av or ext channel

I am Unable to connect my Aduio cables from the xbox 360 to my TV

1) Connect the red, white & yellow audio leads in to the 360 scart adapter and then plug this in to the scart socket on the tv
2) change the xbox 360 selector at the back of the console from HD to TV
2) Select the input of scart on the tv

You should now get pictures & sound.

ive the oposit problem i want to play hitman which is 50hz game but im using a hdmi cable and it isnt possible to run it in 50hz , 60hz only i think so if you get the new hdmi cables it should fix your problem (if you have a hdmi port you should be using it anyway for the best picture)

I would check to make sure your video settings aren't set to PAL-60 by mistake. It might be easier to resolve if you could let us know what leads you have and where you've plugged them in to.
