Change your router to WEP. The tablet may not support WPS.

Sounds like the tablet is connected to your router but the router is not connected to the Internet! Are all the lights on the router showing green?

Try to restart the zeepad. Go to network settings and reset the settings. Setup the network again and restart it. Should work....

Check to see if your time and date settings are correct on your device

You will be lucky to find any instructions for this tablet on line.
I think these are imported directly from the supplier and onsold by the supermarket chains.

But if you are after connection with PC, then you need a microUSB cable and hopefully once you connect to PC the PC software will recognize it and connect to the services.

Try this link for some specification information and instructions on how to update the firmware on the tablet. Make sure you save your data on the PC before you update.

No I connect by Ethernet cable and still want connect

To reset zeepad if password is lost or tp fix other issues the firmware must be installed. For instructions for doing this go to

You can use your google account to recover your login and to replace your password. It should say "Forgot password" somewhere on the lock screen. Press it and follow the instructions.
