Question about Apple iPod nano
I installed my backed up files of iTunes onto my new laptop in Nov last year. Since then I have not been able to open iTunes. I keep getting the same message "iTunes has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience". I have tried several options and downloads, including wiping out all reference to Apple and iTunes and reloading the latest iTunes version....still no joy and the same message. I run XP. This is becoming very frustrating as I cannot solve the problem....any suggestions?
Sir since you have tried all the options related to the ipod , it seems like there is no problem with the device.you should use windows XP with sp3 or later.check that out ones.the usb 2.0 port must be used.also update the anti virus and scan it.
