How to connect/sync the mouse and keyboard to the receiver?

On all wireless keyboards/mice there is a button on the bottom of each device that sends a signal to the receiver. I grabbed an image from google that shows where this button is on your model.
Press the button on the receiver then press the button on the keyboard. If that doesn't work I would try the other way around just in case.

Hope this helps.

If you still have problems with it I would try unplugging the receiver and plugging the receiver into a different usb slot and try pressing the button again after the receiver is connected.

Logitech wireless mouse (m305) isn't working

Does this mouse need to sync with the reciever plugged into the computer?
Somewhere on the mouse and posssibly on the reciever plugged into the USB
port on the computer it should have a connect button. Usually to connect/sync
a mouse or keyboard press the button on the reciever first then press the connect
button on the mouse. Or if th mouse has a button just press the mouse button,
often the mouses lazer will blink until the mouse connects with the reciever then
just stay lit at this point it sould work. Another Question, how are the batteries in
the mouse?

Do I need to download software to use the wireless mount n receiver, model ex100

Typically you do not need to install drivers for mice and keyboards(wired or wireless) as Windows will take care of that for you once you connect the device. Most of the time the software you install from the manufacturer is used to configure the device. If Windows does not install the drivers by itself then you can download what you need from the Logitech.

I have the Logitech EX100 wireless keyboard and mouse. We had to change the battery as it went dead. Now that we have new batteries in we cannot get them to work. Any suggestions?

Do a Hard Reset method to clear the keyboard and mouse settings and reconnect it back to your computer:

• Remove the batteries from the keyboard
• Press the Connect button on the receiver for 10 seconds.
• Press the Connect button on the mouse.
(You might need a pencil tip or other small tip to press the connect button.)
• Insert the batteries back into the keyboard.
• Press the Connect button on the receiver.
• Press the Connect button on the keyboard.
Hope this helps

Please rate this solution, thanks!

Keyboard seems to have lost range

This might help and might not. Check in system to see what devices you have on the same usb hub. The more things on the same hub the less power that goes to the transceiver for the mouse and the keyboard. Ideally if you can just connect the one thing to the one usb hub and try to leave it alone from there.
Hope this helps.

I use a logitech mouse. I recent had some service

the only thing i can think of is if its usb you need to resynce the devices if you have tried that i cannot think of anything else :)
steven.
to resync them you just need to hit the button on the reciever (thing that connects to the computer) and hit the button on the bottom of the keyboard then go repeat the same thing for the other device.

Joystick is not finding the wireless receiver

On the front of the usb reciever you will see a green flashing LED. This is actually a button which when pressed will then start to blink more rapidly as it is now searching for the controller. If you then immediately press a button on the controller whilst these rapid flashes persist it will find the controller. Both reciever and controller will now show solid LED lights. Voila job done .....happy gaming:P

Does re-doing the Connect process work? [i.e. press the button on the receiver, then on the mouse - repeat for keyboard]
