Incompatibility

I have taken photos with the Samsung D600E and cannot download them to my Packard Bell Vista laptop computer.

Help please, thank you

Thank you for your reply but I still can't get the photos to download to the computer. When I had XP I had no problem so something must be wrong with Vista. I have the 'what ever happens' insurance so when I've time I'll take it in to PC World where I bought it.

Well obviously your using a data cable to transfer the photos , and when you transfer them you need a program to back up the file , a driver this is a cd you shud get with the data cable putthe data cable in to the usb port on your computer and then the slot on your phone , after you do this on your mobile screen it shud show up phone mode or file transfer click file transfer and then it shud show up phone ready to transfer with computer , Hope i helped :D
