Question about Hoover U5194-900 Mach5 Multi-Chamber Cyclonic Vacuum Cleaner Bagless Vacuum
I can vacuum for about 15 min. before it shuts off. I have taken it apart to find any kind of blockage that maybe causing the motor to heat up so fast only to no avail. I have dealt with machines with an auto shut off in the event of over heating, but this is either a very sensitive system or there is something that needs to be fixed. I know you can help me!! Thank you!
I had the same problem, took the whole thing apart and to my supries I had over looked a filter mounted just above the canister. There is an orange lever to remove it with. When I took the filter out it was so caked with fine dirt particles it took me 15 min to wash it clean. The silly thing is there is a lable at the back of the canister compartment that shows you where the filter is.
