DVD R/W ICON MISSING

Hello, I have recently bought  MSI M662M Laptop.

with

- 1.7GHZ

- 2GRAM

- 160G

- USB Blue Tooth

- XP Home

Below is all HISTORY (as I just bought product there isnt too much , so I thought I would let you see the whole picture) as it may assist you  with the solution.

I have installed Nero Showtime, and watched a movie on the Laptop that night.

The next morning I have turned on the computer to install programs and  the

DVD R/W ICON MISSING.

Upon start up the following message reads:

" RUNDLL "  Error Loading C: Program Fileszixulijgjgnmpcto.dll

Access is Denied.

Giving the "OK" Selection.

(Then computer is ready for use"

What the driver does do:

- The Driver opens

- The CD/DVD/DATA (all disks) are spinning and going through the motions..

** NOTHING ELSE IS HAPPENING**

- No picture

- No Sound

I have looked at  assigning a letter in Disk Management. After expanding storage. The only driver recognised here and in My computer start up is (C:).

Is there a back upfile somewhere I can view / restore??

** I continued to install programs via USB transfer**

- Corel Media One

- Nokia PC Suite

- Ares (p2p)

- Limewire (p2p)

- Skype

- XoftspySE

- SPYbot

- AVG SE

- AVG 7.5 (Anti-Virus)

- RegCure (free with Xoftspy purchase)

- Win RAR

All working fine - Upgraded to IE7. working fine.

Emailing and surfing today..

Please assist where possible on the whereabouts/how to so i can use the DVD R/W (no brand specified on receipt or item)...
