Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Whenever i get a picture message sent to me i just get a failed connection error...why..? Im using erickson z530i on vodafone payt

If you have problems sending or receiving MMS (picture messages) on your phone, you probably need new settings installed in your phone. Go to www.sonyericsson.com/support, choose your phone, choose "Phone Setup - MMS" then go through the wizard. When you've done this they'll send you the new settings in an SMS.
If you can't find your operator in the list, you need to contact your operator to get the settings. Many operators have similar settings wizards on their websites.

Stucke while sending MMS

At first, Try delete some bookmarks and unwanted stuff from your phone memory (I mean, free-up some phone memory) and try. If it do not work then, You should reset your mobile to factory settings first, then reset your MMS settings asper your operators instruction.
