Question about Blaupunkt IDC-A09 5-Disc CD Changer
I have a Chrysler 300M with 5 cd player. I changed the alternator, had the battery unhooked. When I put everything back together teh five lights on the cd player all flash amber/orange. Any suggestions
Yes- it is in anti-theft mode. Whenever you lose power from the battery, the factory system needs to be unlocked. This would prevent theives from wanting your radio as they would not be able to use it in another vehicle without a unlocking code.
If you have the original owners manual from the car there are specific instructions as to the lock code for your unit. Hopefully, the dealer recorded them for you.
If not- you have to go to a Chrysler dealer and they can do it by the VIN code.
