Question about HTC Touch Diamond Smartphone
An message saying that "2dmanila.exe has errors" occurs, then prompts to send the problem to Microsoft. After error reporting, the screen says "tap here to launch TouchFlo", but several taps nothing happens. The phone still works though, i can access the messages and the calls using the start menu. but the TouchFlo screen and shortcuts is now gone. How can i fix this? My system is running on WinMO 6.1 (XP version). I'll appreciate any help. Thank you!
Hi. TouchFlo is the special today plugin for the HTC devices, and as you realized, you can still use all functions of your PDA without. I think there is an error in the installation of TouchFlo (There can be a bunch of reasons, we have to know everything you did with your PDA in order to guess them), but there is a safe solution for that problem, you can backup all your personal data and software to your PC, then you can hard reset your PDA to its factory default settings. That way both your phone and the TouchFlo will work.
