I am trying to connect my Sony Walkman mp3 player (NWZ-E435F) and it only says connecting. It never does anything past that. Is there something else I need to do to have use of it? my mp3 wont connect with the computer. any idea on how to get it to work?

Im having the same problem and im trying to fix it! Right now i dont know where to find driver for my Sony(i lost CD so...) which i belive will easily solve the problem! Go to your Device menager and update or reinstall driver!
