I dropped my Omnia i 900 and my screen is scracth inside. The scratch is getting bigger ! The glass is not broken or cracked. What should I do? Can I buy a new screen?

You can buy new screens on eBay but they are not easy to fit so your best bet will be to contact a samsung service centre.
