BT had 2 different accounts---BT Yahoo Mail and BT Mail
They are being merged to just BT Mail. You Have more
Than likely been removed. Suggest you set up your own account
with Yahoo or Google and reconstruct your contact list.
That way when you change service providers keep your own E-Mail account. Don't use the service providers account.

I suggest the first thing to do is to give your system a thorough AntiVirus/Trojan check, and run any other anti-baddies software you have - especially Malwarebytes.. Then get on to BT helpline and ask advice. Then report back here. Good luck!
