The monitor, when plugged in goes dark, after about 30 seconds. I can turn it off and then on only to have it be normal brightness for 5 seconds then dark again. At first I thought it was completely turning off but I can barely make out my background now, so it is on; there is just no illumination of the picture, please help. its keep ongoing black after turning off and on
