Question about Sony VAIO RB30C (VGCRB30) PC Desktop
I was trying to reinstall my ram for my Sony Vaio VGCRB30. Since it say's i only have 256 when i got 512. So I reinstall my ram and the computer will not turn on at all. No fan, no blue glowing Vaio logo, no green power light next to the power button, nothing. The only thing that is on is a small blinking green light next to the power cord on the back of the computer. There is also a smaller green light inside the computer flashing. All cords are firmly connected. The outlet has been checked with other electronics and works. I greatly appreciate any and all suggestions. Thank you in advanced.
Unplug the tower
Remove the ram and turn the tower on wait till it give you fast beeps. (telling you no RAM)
once that happens shut the system down by unplugging it again
Re-install your RAM and try to boot again
