I have found a manual for that motherboard at
http://static.tigerdirect.com/pdf/PCChips_P17G-1333_Manual.pdf

In general when troubleshooting this type of problem minimise the amount of problems by removing any cards and or memory - whilst still allowing the machine to function. try reseating all memory and cards as well, as these can sometimes come loose during transit.

My belkin router will not recognize itunes sharing between my pc and my mac. all other possibilities have been addressed.

did you install bonjour on pc?

do you they see each other e.g. for filesharing?

check the firewalls on each computer itself.
Sharing uses TCP port 3689 and UDP port 5353
Apple Support

if not, are they in the same network area that means just the last number may differ
(192.168.0.xx) very few times for lan and wlan there are two different areas, but really veryvery few.

if they are in the same network its possible that the router separtes them so they can´t see each other, i don´t remember how this function is called but anyway its definitely not activated by the default router setup.

hm, there isn´t more to say

Now please check the "smps" by another new or by your "smps" to another pc to confirm either it damage or not.shibuda_44.jpgshibuda_43.jpgshibuda_42.jpg

If same as before now please take a risk and ready to chip label repair,
1.Change all the capacitors, beside the processor, with the help by nearest technician.
shibuda_41.jpg
2.Set an identification Mark, on the bios chip, by the permanent marker because you need to remove and install it.It could not be possible for all mother board .
3.Remove bios chip from base , clean with solvent and install it proper again.
4.For Intel mother mother ,install a flopy drive and switch on the power and, follow the flopy drives "led light", either it glow or not.
If the flopy drives led light on,download bios filre for your intel mother board ,paste on flopy.follow the bellow link for download.

5.Now don't switch off your motherboard at the time of updating the bios,so please use an ups,and insert the flopy, along with bios file.Set the cmos jumper in recovery mode( just change the normal position ),and switch on motherboard, hope, through this proceses, should recver the mother board.
If the problem is same, I will recoment you for new motherboard.

If you are helped you can rate on the 4 thumbs and leave a short comment, because,

There is an internal "timer" circuit that controls the delay of the output relay. The capacitor in this circuit may be defective. Since it is part of an RC circuit, poor solder connections can effect this as well. Look closely at the board for any solder connections that appear grainy or have rings and resolder them. That may resolve the problem. If not, please update this with your findings and I will look up the service manual for this and list the probable defective components in the delay circuit.

PSU could also be playing up and not giving correct voltage to motherboard - check outgoing voltage from PSU with voltmeter and check product standards for that model... If ok then it could be the motherboard itself - all it takes is a capacitor or transistor/logic gate(switch) and it will start behaving unusual...

Computer simply don´t open, mother board doesn´t too

TRY ANOTHER RAM IF THIS DOES NOT WORKS
TRY RESETTING THE BIOS CONFIGURATION FROM THE JUMPER ON THE MOTHERBOARD
OR ELSE THE MOTHERBOARD NEEDS A REPAIR IF IT FALLS UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD
TAKE IT TO THE SERVICE CENTER OR ELSE BUYING A NEW ONE IS THE BETTER OPTION
