HELP- new fne problems

i recently bought a new fne samsung u700 and media player worked completly.i uploaded some songs onto my fone from my computer and now when i want to play a song i hav to go to my folder and play it the long way because the actual media player file - (problem)... wen opend the folder opens normlly and shows more folers e.g "ALL" which is all songs but wen i click on this or any thing else, it says update... and begins to update until some random information in a blue box appears. some random data i dont understand..it has exit press 0 for2secs and when i do the whole fone goes blak with a blue border and writing comes up "upload data to pc" but i cant do anything because its completely taken over the screen of the fne and the usb doesnt do anything. the only way is to pull out the battery bcause the off button doesnt work with anything else when in this final phase. why does it do this and how do i fix it?
