Question about Philips GoGear SA261 MP3 Player
This problem may occur if you are running Windows Media Player 11. Open Media Player, click on Help ---> About, for version number.
If necessary, uninstall Media Player 11 and it should roll back to version 10.
Install and run Philips Firmware/Device Manager and select repair option. Follow the on-screen prompts and try synching your tracks again.
