I am unable to play scrabble or candy crush on Facebook since Jan1/14

Those are very popular games, so it's unlikely they're broken. It could be something on your computer - like a plugin component in your web browser.

Try using another web browser. If you use Internet Explorer, try Google Chrome or Firefox. If it works in another web browser, you know it's a problem with your original web browser (and you can go from there).

If it doesn't work in another web browser, try another computer.

If it doesn't work on another computer, see if you can find a friend that plays one of those games and see if it works for them.

Once you've narrowed down exactly what is broken you can try to fix it. For now your problem is still really broad.
