Question about Kenmore 24032\24036 Top Load Washer
I have a Kenmore 80 series washer that seems to be functioning properly as far as it following the correct cycles and draining, etc. but it doesn't seem to be spinning out the clothes completely. It is most noticeable with heavier items such as jeans and towels.
Any suggestions as to what may be causing the issue? Thanks so much!
To me this sounds like a clutch,
or possibly worse, your transmission that is spitting oil onto your clutch
lift the front of the washer and check to see if there is a puddle of oil on the ground. if so, its most likely your transmission. and a clutch would be a temporary fix
but if no puddle, it is most likely just the clutch that needs replacing
