Im working on a RCA ITC222-it has 3 chirp problem with burnt CL031. Unfortunately RL106 is burnt (I need value)and, FL100 is open (I need current rating)and finally, DL032 and DL033 are shorted (I need...

Cl031 is the sfaety retrace capacitor check DL030 an the HOT trans they are most likley blown as well. Usually if anything other than the Hot and DL030 are blown the entire deflection board will need replacement. Its also best to check all three of the CRT necks to be sure none are cracked and broken on the CRT necks . Unfortunately several designs of the deflection components had different parts although the deflection boards will usually interchnage bewteen the ITC222 chassis sets. The ITC222A will not interchange. has replacement parts and boards and can also assist with part numbers that you require.

I have replaced the flyback, all the bulging caps, a burnt rectangular cap and the HOT and still nothing

If the set had a burnt CL031 Capacitor and its now squealing you may have a broken CRT if not the deflection board itself will need replacement. But I would inspect each CRT neck real good even loosen the yoke as often they will crack right at the yokes clamp line.

the flyback or CL031 are the usual causes with that chassis doing that. Usually CL031 will burn a hole through the deflection board its located about two inches in front of the Flyback transformer.

Convergence Issue for RCA R52WH76...

Please check the fuse again. Do not just pop the cap off and visually inspect it. Even if the filament appears to be intact, it's probably not. Like ctf1800 said, it's the fuse.
You need to test the fuse for continuity.
The problem that you explained is due to the blown fuse. There are no convergence IC's in this set. I'm am 99.9% certain your fuse has blown.
Get the fuse here:
After you install the fuse, you MUST resolder the points at the flyback transformer which is located next to the fuse (red wires leading to it). Cracked & cold solder usually develops and will cause FL231 to fail again if you skip this step.

Go into menu look on setup see if convergence comes up then do auto converg. if you do not see convergence on menu then you have an open fuse FL231 square brown cap next to flyback.
