Hi.First of all move all the files/data which is stored in your phone memory (Gallery>> image,videos,music,receive files etc.)to memory card.After you finished this take another picture and see.If this trick is not helpful Restore the phone by selecting Restore Setting Only.Good luck

There are two types of memory engaging the phone, one is the phone memory that operates the entire phone and the other is the external memory which seems to be the memory card storage,all data especially media files such as photos,videos,musics,movies etc. must be stored on external memory so that the phone memory will not be overloaded,if all files are in the phone memory,system file might not operate properly due to full memory and it may result to phone system corruption or might shut down suddenly.
To prevent this problem,be sure all media files must stored on the external drive or memory card.If the phone is malfunctioning at this time even you do transfer all data,you need to reset the phone so the phone memory will be refreshed,by doing this,(on your phone home screen) type *2768*3855# ... this method will reset/format the eeprom or phone system,just wait for a few seconds and it will restart automatically,now your phone is back on default or original settings.
note : To perform this action,be sure battery is fully charged to avoid formatting failure.

The phone memory is relatively small and is shared to all data and other files that are stored in the phone. By deleting some of these will free you some memory.

Alternatively, you can also put in a Micro SD memory card to your phone which will also increase its storage capacity. A Micro SD Card look something like the picture below.

Actually s3310 is slim and loaded with all facilities like mp3,Bluetooth and many more."We cannot change the default memory storage to memory card".I tested in all ways.
When the Bluetooth is on,we can transfer files only to phone and not to memory card.
If you want to transfer files with 1 gigabytes size,you have to split it up and transfer to phone and then to memory card.

In Samsung s3310,we cannot change the default memory storage to memory card.Instead we can split up the file which has large content like 500 megabytes or more.
The "phone memory full" error message can be avoided by splitting the file and then transferring it to phone and then to memory card.
your phone has 256megabytes free.so,split the file to 250MB and transfer it to phone and then transfer it to the memory card.Then transfer next 250MB file to phone ,then to memory card.I am saying this,for file content which is 500MB

We cannot change the default memory storage to memory card.To store a large size media file in memory card via Bluetooth,split the file by using any splitting softwares, then transfer it to the phone and then to memory card.The splitter software can split any files into any megabytes as you prefer.
Samsung s3310 phone memory is 256MB free.so,split the media file to 250MB and then transfer.

This works for my D900 to get to the memory card however, I cannot access my other folders, only the memory card.

In your phone, go to

Settings -> Phone Settings -> USB settings -> And then select 'Mass storage device'

Now the phone memory card should appear as a USB flash drive in the 'My computer' window.

You can use this to access your data on the memory card.
