I have an Easy Share printer dock series 3 printer that has paper loaded in the printer tray. Every time I try and print a picture it says I need to load paper. The printer tries to pull the paper into the printer (the rollers come on and roll) but the paper never goes through. This happens no matter how full I load the paper tray. Can you help? Wow I have the same problem, rollers move but won't pick up the paper. Has anyone found a solution to the problem yet.
To prevent misfeeds and to make sure your pictures look their best, we recommend that you keep the feed roller clean.
IMPORTANT: Unplug the power before cleaning the feed rollers.
Unplug the AC power cord from the power outlet.
Remove the paper tray from the printer, and leave the paper tray door open.
IMPORTANT: Do not use cotton or cotton swabs to clean the feed roller.
Lightly moisten a lint-free cloth with water.
Use the moistened cloth to gently wipe clean the surface of the feed roller. Advance the feed roller with your thumb as necessary, and continue cleaning.
Let the feed roller dry fully before plugging the AC power cord back into the power outlet.
Insert the paper tray into the printer, then press the Print button to resume printing.
If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it. Thanks, Joe
