Block the particular website without using software and through registry
It cannot be done via the Windows Registry.
Enter 'notepad \windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts'
Add a line into the file:
and then 'File' and 'Save'.
This will cause all accesses to 'www.ibm.com' to *NOT* work.
