Click on Windows Defender.

Click on tools.

Click on software explorer.

Click on Start Up Programs

You can scan down through the list of programs that start up when you boot your computer. Many of the programs you install or download and allow to install place a start up line in your start up programswithout your knowledge.

Over time, you are starting up lots of programs you can access after the machine is started. When you find one you don't want to start up, you can click it and at the right hand bottom of the screen you can remove it from the start up list, or delete it completely if it is something you do not want on your computer.

Refresh, reboot, and see if you notice a difference.
