Try starting the washer up without a nozzle clicked in and purging water through the pump, shut it down and install the nozzle and restart, if the motor lugs then it is making pressure, if the pump squirts water out of the by-pass immediately and or constantly it may be a stuck bypass and not a bad pump.

Ok, if the by-pass does not open to releave the pressure and cool the pump it could be a failed pump. Start it up and purge water all the way through the lines then let go of the trigger, if water comes out of the by-pass (sometimes it takes a couple minutes) then the pump may indeed have failed.

Honda 4000 motor runs great, pump not preasuring up water changed pump and no change, shaft from motor into pump was good felt like it was under compression but still no preasure

The pressure relief valve could be stuck open or faulty. The check valves may be stuck or plugged up. Try thoroughly clean these parts and see if that helps.

How do i prime the pump on the soaper or chemical dispenser on my troy built 2550 psi pressure washer?

There is no need to prime. But you do need to use the black spray nozzle to get soap to siphon out.
if that doesn't solve the problem let me know

My honda excel 2600 psi pressure washer do not have any pressure when i squeez the trigger

Trash in, worn or damaged inlet and outlet valves are one possibility. Unloader valve stuck open or badly worn would also cause low pressure. Wrong spray nozzle size is another. Is the nozzle the right size for your pump?
Is water leaking from under the pump? That would show worn high pressure seals.

Throttle linkage is loose and when started water does not come out the nozzle after BEING BLED OF AIR

The unloader on your pump is bad...this is causing both problems. Find your pump model # ...probably an AR pump ...they fit the Honda GC engines well and go to this site Pressure washer parts catalog quick links Pressure Washers High Pressure... they can guide you to the correct unloader... Good luck

Honda 5HP pressure washer. When you press handle to get pressured water, motor does not rev up to give you high pressure.

Most small pressure washers do not have an automatic throttle control to increase engine speed on demand (activated by trigger on wand). You must set the governor/throttle to about max. to get the rated pressure. A honda motor produces 5 hp when it is turning about 3600 rpm. To increase the life of the pump, use about 80 % of capacity of the pump and increase only for stubborn debris.

Replaced al of the valves but still will not operate on high preasure. Will build to high preasure only for a couple of seconds then back to low preasure.

your bypass pressure valve is weak and needs replacing, its letting water pressure bypass the pump going to the pressure gun

Not getting any pressure at nozzle.

Can anyone Solve this? My simoniz S2500 gas powered pressure washer has low pressure coming right from the outlet. It used to be high pressure until now.. I think it has something to do with the pump and if so, is there anything I can do to repair this problem? The screen is good; water comes out of the hose good, wand is ok......Just that lower pressure is at the wand even at high settings....It comes in a form of a spray in both modes......
