Yes you did.If you haven't done anything with the card since then, you might have a chance to recover at least some of the pictures. Do a Google search for "format recovery software" and find a program for your computer and operating system. Take the memory card from the camera and put it into a card reader attached to your computer and run the recovery program.

How to recalibrate scream. Image too wide I loses part of the image of each side of the screen (right and left)

before you think about recalibration or any electrical adjustments . lets review one is the whole picture over scanning the screen did you switch it into a different format like wide screen check that you may want to get the owners Manuel out for the help there. option two . you cleaned the optics now the picture is to wide ? did you loosen the lenses on top of the tubes ? there are wing nuts that set the static focus on the three picture tubes did you move them or loosen the look at which color is over scanning if its all of them then id suspect a format change using the factory remote its simple to switch it back the mouse pad on the remote is the 4 arrows with the center push button by left or right it will walk through those modes . let me know how that works out please .

Please help me,I have a problem...I hit the Format button on it thinking I would be able to put my pictures on SD Card,Now I can't find my pictures please help me if anyone knows what or how I can

Formatting the card wipes it clean and prepares it for use.
If you haven't done anything with the card since then, there's a possibility of recovering at least some of the pictures. Do a Google search for "format recovery software" and select a program appropriate for your computer.

I have a very small font size on my aol mail. How do I increase the font size

You can increase the font size by going to your browser's settings and changing the font size from there. How to get to these settings depends on which browser you use. An alternative is decreasing the resolution of your monitor.

I just bought a new insignia LCD TV and the picture does not cover the entire screen. Instead of the 32 inch. diagnal I should, I have a 24 inch picture. Is there something I can do about it?

The "picture size" on the TV needs to be set correctly. You should have a "ZOOM" button on your remote. Press it a few times, cycling through the options... see if this fixes the problem.

Be advised, many (most) HD channels do not show HD content all the time. At the broadcasters discretion, they may choose to ADD the black bars to either side (and/or top an bottom) of the image. This is what the "ZOOM" button is actually for... to allow you to correct this, filling the screen with the image.

*Note: many cable box have a "FORMAT" or "HD ZOOM" button. When used in conjunction with the TVs zoom feature, you can end up having one device set correctly, while the other is not. The result is often a picture that is expanded far beyond the bounds of the displayable area of the screen. If you can not find a solution using the "ZOOM" button, pick the setting which shows the most image. Now adjust the cable box setting (FORMAT / HD ZOOM).

My sanyo hdtv plasma won't show the whole picture but it worked fine yesterday

Hi my name is Roety,
I can help you with your issue ,

There are a few buttons to adjust the picture size on different make TVs and even on the Cable/Satellite remotes .
1.Format
2.Aspect
3.Size
4.Zoom
5.Wide
6.#
First look on the TV remote, set it to Full ,Fill or Just or 16 x 9 (whichever your model uses) Samsung uses the P size button ,
Then on the cable/dish Box remote stretch (not zoom) is usually best.
On the box remote set the output resolution to 1080i only
And use 16x9 when if offers a choice.
Cable remotes use the # key as a zoom/size button.
Due to the fact there are 16 size/Formats available (3 or 4 being transmitted now). you may have to hit the zoom/stretch button on some HD channels.
But with these settings the picture will mostly stay full and help you avoid image burn from the edges being not on the edge.
Stretch will fill the screen and allow you to read the bottom.
Make sure you are on the correct input, sometimes TVs are connected on multiple inputs
(not necessary, only the HD input is needed)

If I have helped you with your issue
If you have more questions you can still respond
I will reply asap
Thanks

If you took the pictures, and stored them on the camera's internal memory, then put in a memory card, it will read from the card and you wont be able to see the photos that are actually stuck on the camera. Try removing the SD card, then check for your photos.

Conversely, if you took the photos when the card was in, and then removed the card, the photos wont be stored on the camera, so you should look for the card.

I can't retrieve my digital photos from my Canon 710 IS. I think I hit the wrong button & reformatted the mini memory card 1 GB. The name on the card is Patriot

If there are no images shown when you hit the review button then you may be right. But with some image recovery Software you could be able to recover the images. Most images are totally gone when you format the card but I have recovered some from formatted cards before.

Hope that helps,
Caleb
