Question about Logitech Cordless Desktop MX 5000 Laser
I've had the mx 5000 combo for close to a year, keyboard is fine but the mouse is no longer detected.this happened once before & logitech promptly replaced the whole package.i was very happy with the service i revieced. Now the replacement mouse is not working ?all my usb ports are good, tried connecting & re-connecting you name it ive tried it ,running xp pro sp2 , my system is top notch & very clean and stable .
Did you check to ensure the batteries are good.
Normal 0 Turn the mouse over and find the small rest/connect button on the bottom of the mouse and press it. This should connect the mouse to the receiver and work properly. If not, try pressing the receiver button and then press the button on the mouse. This should be done whenever you change batteries or glitch.
Hope this helps you. Bud
